I’m a passionate fitness enthusiast and movement lover who helps others feel strong, energized, and confident in their bodies. As a certified MixxedFit instructor and boot camp coach, I bring high-energy workouts that are fun, inclusive, and all about celebrating what the body can do.
I also create and teach with weighted hula hoops I design myself, making fitness joyful and creative, not just routine. For me, fitness is about moving with purpose, building strength, and finding joy in every step.
Whether I’m leading dance workouts or challenging boot camp sessions, my goal is to motivate others to push their limits while loving themselves through the journey.
